Landlord charges:
• Letting Fee: £594.00 inc VAT The letting fee will be payable for each
agreement granted to new tenants
• Inventory Report: from £102.00 inc VAT
• Rent Guarantee: £300 inc VAT for 12 month policy
• Energy Performance Certificate: £90.00 inc VAT
• Gas Safety Certificate: £93.00 inc VAT
• Electrical Installation Condition Report: £210.00 inc VAT
• Management Commission: 12% inc VAT
• Re-signing of an existing tenant: £30.00 inc VAT
In the event of a tenant or prospective tenant introduced by ourselves
completing the purchase of your property at any time, a commission will be
payable to us equivalent to 1% + VAT of the purchase price.
Tenant charges:
In order to make an application for one of our properties
advertised:
• Holding deposit of 1 weeks rent
• One Months Rent in Advance
• Deposit (Equivalent to five weeks rent)
During tenancy charges that may apply:
• A fee of up to £50.00 including VAT, being the reasonable
costs of the Landlord’s Agent for each amendment to the
tenancy agreement
• A fee of up to £60.00 including VAT, being the reasonable
costs of the Landlord’s Agent for each replacement of a lost
key/security device to the property
