Pearson Ferrier is now available to carry out viewings and valuations

Following Government guidelines Pearson Ferrier is now available to carry out viewings and valuations.

We hope everyone out there is staying safe, practising social distancing and looking after themselves and others that are vulnerable.

As with many other businesses that have been affected by this pandemic in many different ways, such as having to lockdown physical offices, we at Pearson Ferrier adapted and worked from home. Our fantastic team have been working hard behind the scenes, and we were still completing sales, new tenancies and were still listing properties for sale and to rent.

We were delighted to hear the recent Government announcement that we can re-open for business, it’s been some positive news that we have long been waiting for. However, we will be re-opening gradually, as the logistics of doing what we do in terms of sales and lettings is not entirely straight forward whilst there are still certain restrictions on movement and the advice on social distancing.

Following updated Government guidelines, Pearson Ferrier is now available to carry out viewings and valuations. Rest assured anything we are doing is strictly following social distancing guidelines and adhering to the guidelines the Government has set out.

The guidelines are, that we can carry out viewings with us and no more than 2 other people in attendance, whilst we understand schools have not returned and children cannot at this moment in time be cared for by grandparents, the logistics of viewings will present problems in itself. We are not yet fully staffed, due to the current position we find ourselves in and until there is greater freedom of movement and schools reopen, we will not be able to work at full capacity and we would ask that you respect our staff and clients in this regard when you are considering making an appointment.

Please DO NOT make or attend appointments if you have had any signs of illness or COVID within a 2 week period.

You will only be able to attend our offices by appointment, please DO NOT attend them without one, as due to social distancing measures you may not be permitted entry.

During our time working away, our staff have also been doing their bit to help. Julian alongside Lancashire Road Club has raised over £1600 to buy PPE equipment for Bolton NHS buy completing 5000 miles cycling in one week! All obviously riding solo!

We want to thank people out there that have been doing their bit during this crisis, from the amazing NHS frontline staff, all key workers and everyone that is helping others not little how big or small.

Whilst we’re happy to be back at work, we know that this pandemic is far from over. We’re all in this together, we must stay positive and when this is all over, and it will be, we can all bounce back stronger and better.
