Property Management


After the tenant has been found we will then take care of your property completely. We will collect the rent at the beginning of the month and aim to pay our landlords with 7 to 10 days. As and when maintenance issues arise we will send in our approved team of contractors as soon as possible to remedy any problems.

Periodically we will inspect the property to ensure that the tenant is taking good care of it and also to advise you of any ongoing maintenance we recommend to keep the property in good order.
