This April, Pearson Ferrier turns 25, and we’ll be marking the occasion with a bit of a giveaway!
How it started…
… In an office space in Bury, back in 1996! Established by long-standing business partners Mitchell Pearson and Julian Ferrier, Pearson Ferrier began with a shared vision at its heart – to offer clients an impeccable service and to see all property transactions executed as smoothly as possible.
In the first year of business, additional office spaces were acquired at Ramsbottom, and the team continued to grow. Our Radcliffe offices came later, in 2006, followed by our offices in Prestwich.
“Both myself and Mitchell are equally passionate about property, and we each have substantial experience within the sector – we actually met through working together for a national estate agency – so taking the step to team up and set out on our own just felt right,” says Co-Director, Julian Ferrier.
“It’s incredible to think that we’ve now been operating as an agency for a quarter of a century. Time really does fly! We started out by offering our services for those looking to buy or sell their home, and it all took off from there. We expanded to offer lettings and property management services in 1998, and we’ve been the local property experts for clients in and around the Greater Manchester area ever since!”
How it’s going…
We’ve grown from two to twenty team members!

Terms and conditions
- Properties must be listed with participating Pearson Ferrier branches only, which are: Bury, Ramsbottom, and Radcliffe.
- Your property must be listed with us for a minimum of twelve weeks (unless it sells/is rented in that time)
- You must list your property with us between 1st April 2021 – 30th June 2021 in order to be entered into the draw.
- Winners will be selected at random and announced in July, August, and September 2021. We will be selecting one winner per month, three in total.
- If you win, you will be required to send across a celebratory photo of yourself for us to use for promotional purposes in our marketing and across our social media platforms.
