1. It was an unforgettable morning for Pearson Ferrier customer Darren Owens. Within the first hour of his property being listed for sale, the house is sold to the very first customer! A fantastic result for everyone and a great start to 2016.
2. Pearson Ferrier Heywood Opens!
In January, we opened our first franchise of the year with Julie Cloudsdale who was delighted to cut the ribbon to her first estate agency franchise.
Julie works with Scott Bell, an experienced estate agent who has worked around Manchester for over 10 years. The pair are ambitious and aim to conquer the housing market in Heywood through hard work and determination.
3. A Hat trick for Pearson Ferrier Ramsbottom
It was a moment well worth celebrating in Julian Ferrier’s Ramsbottom office: two properties under offer and a third with a let agreed all on the same street!
Pearson Ferrier Ramsbottom is one of the top estate agents in the area and are delighted to be recommended so highly by locals around the area. The team were delighted to see their efforts pay off.
4. Manchester Estate Agent, Zac, Opens His Third Branch!
Zac set up his first Pearson Ferrier branch two years ago and has gone from strength to strength ever since.
Zac’s latest achievement is the opening of his third Pearson Ferrier Franchise, Central Manchester which opened its doors in April and is already proving a successful venture.
5. Starring at the British Franchise Exhibition
On the 17th and 18th June, the Pearson Ferrier franchise team joined a select group of top franchises from across the UK to show everything the company has to offer.
The exhibition provided a fantastic opportunity for individuals to speak to our friendly specialists at Pearson Ferrier about the franchise model and find out more about their routes to becoming a Pearson Ferrier partner.

6. Opening our 18th branch!
The franchise team at Pearson Ferrier have kept themselves busy with the opening of more northern branches as the brand continues to expand.
We recently welcomed our new estate agencies in Middleton and Wigan to the Pearson Ferrier Franchise. Already, both branches are recognisable in their local areas and well known amongst local landlords and house hunters.
