The Pearson Ferrier Black Label team is celebrating! Despite business being disrupted due to the pandemic, and a full three months being lost to the lockdown, during the last 12 months our team has successfully secured sales for several Black Label properties, with a combined property value of £20 million.
Offering a bespoke marketing service specifically designed for high-value homes across the Greater Manchester area, the Pearson Ferrier Black Label brand was first launched in 2017, and has continued to grow and succeed in recent years.
Headed up by Director Julian Ferrier, our exclusive service sees Black Label homes marketed extensively via various online marketing platforms, including popular property-selling sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as across our social media profiles and on our own newly updated website.
“With Black Label, we aim to provide a premium marketing package for our clients, which will incorporate immersive 3-D virtual property tours, professional photography and drone footage, and quality printed brochures designed exclusively for each property,” explains Julian.
“We’re all ‘people’ people who are very passionate about what we do, and we like to adopt a three-pronged approach to selling our Black Label properties. Namely, we enjoy investing our time into getting to know our clients, their properties, and the demand within the market, to ensure we can provide the highest level of service possible and, ultimately, find the right buyer for their home.
“Since we launched Black Label back in 2017, we’ve sold a multitude of high-value and high-interest homes, some even for celebrity clients! I think our highest valued property was sold for around £3 million.
“Whilst the pandemic brought with it a great deal of uncertainty for our industry, it’s fair to say that with the introduction of several government-backed schemes – 5%-deposit mortgages and the stamp duty holiday, to name a couple – the housing market is currently experiencing a definite resurgence.
“Since lockdown began, we’ve managed to secure sales for numerous Black Label properties, whose value amounts to over £20 million, and we’re absolutely delighted with these figures. The team have all worked incredibly hard, and it’s just a great feeling to see that all that hard work has paid off for us.”
