Our history
Pearson Ferrier is one of the North West’s longest standing and larger independent estate agencies. The original idea took shape in 1993 when Mitchell and Julian first met and worked together in Corporate Agency.
They went on to open their first office in Bury in 1995, followed by Ramsbottom in 1997. Over the past 30 years, the business has continued to evolve while consistently maintaining its position as one of the area’s most respected, trusted and dynamic agencies.
