What is the new property purchase reservation service?
Gazeal is an initiative set up to provide homeowners and buyers with an extra level of security during the buying/selling process, offering transparency, reliability, and efficiency.
Providing buyers with all key property and legal information from the offset, Gazeal ensures any offer you receive on your property is a serious one.
Gazeal provides extra security during a property sale by asking both seller and buyer to show commitment to one another. Once the offer has been made and accepted, the sale can be reserved with a small deposit from the buyer, and the signing of a mutual agreement by both parties.
How does it work?
All you’ll need to do to get started is complete the information pack for your property, and this can all be done online.
We’ll then make this available to potential buyers, who will be able to review your property pack and have all of the information they need in order to make an informed, realistic offer, and you can rest assured that the only offers you receive will be serious and well thought out.
After an offer has been agreed upon, the buyer will be able to secure the sale with a small reservation fee, which offers a guarantee of commitment to the sale from both parties.
The contract pack will be instantly transferred to your selected conveyancer the same day, potentially shaving weeks off the selling process!
